New options for  photos upload

When uploading photos, it is possible to directly indicate the corresponding point on the map. After selecting the point, its coordinates are automatically loaded into the form fields

When the coordinates are entering manually, the corresponding point is automatically displayed on the map, providing additional control

When uploading photos, the image is automatically compressed to 2000 pixels on the long side.
